Allen Sutker, founder of A&E Modular, is a distinguished entrepreneur with a strong philanthropic focus. Allen has spent a large part of his professional life investing in real estate across the United States and Mexico. As co-developer of Vallarta Gardens (VG) Private Residence Club, located in La Cruz, Mexico, he demonstrated exceptional vision in creating one of the most successful boutique real estate developments in the area.
Allen was also a founding member and Director of Sales and Marketing of Strategic Management Advisors, an asset manager focused primarily in alternative investments. He also co-founded VisionTek Inc. in 1988, a manufacturer and distributor of Computer Memory Modules and Video Graphics Cards. He led the company to international success with annual sales over $300 million. Allen was named Inc. 500’s Entrepreneur of the Year, inducted into Arthur Andersen's Entrepreneur Hall of Fame, and included in Fortune Magazine's Forty People under 40. Allen received a BS Degree in communications from the University of Illinois – Urbana Champaign.

Adam Adelstein oversees the day-to-day operations of A&E Modular. Throughout his career, he has partnered with numerous businesses, structuring and enhancing their finance and operations teams. Most recently, Adam was a Vice President at Accordion, a international consulting firm focused on supporting private equity-backed companies. Prior to Accordion, he was the FP&A Manager at Illinois Dermatology Institute and a Growth Equity Analyst at Physician Growth Partners.
Adam is actively involved in the Chicago community, currently serving as Co-Chair of the Ambassadors Board for Uniting Voices Chicago. He also sits on advisory boards for small businesses across various sectors. Adam holds an MBA from Indiana University's Kelley School of Business and is a registered CPA in Illinois.

Greg Bloom is a seasoned professional builder with 38 years in the building construction industry. Greg specializes in project management, cost estimating, and consulting. His strong background in overseeing construction from start to finish ensures projects meet company standards, timelines, and budgets.
Greg’s field expertise extends to concrete restoration, waterproofing, and various other construction applications. Greg has held key supervisory roles, including foreman and senior superintendent, demonstrating exceptional leadership in managing teams and maintaining customer satisfaction. His collaboration with leading product manufacturers and his Mechanical Engineering background from Chico State University serve to underscore his comprehensive industry knowledge and skill set.

Craig, a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), has invested in a number of successful start-up businesses, demonstrating an unerring ability to drive growth and profitability. Craig was an integral piece to the success of growing Vision Tek.
Craig received a BS in Accounting from Indiana University’s Kelley Business School. Ambitious and constantly on the lookout for new professional challenges, Craig’s experience speaks to a robust and dynamic career.

Gary Bazelon has cultivated a distinguished career in sales distribution and warehousing throughout his professional life. His journey has taken him from the packaging industry to logistics, culminating in a 20-year tenure as the CEO of a third-party logistics company which was successfully sold at the end of 2021.
Bazelon credits his success to a relentless focus on customer support and service, creating happy customers and vendors who have become long-standing partners. Gary also attended University of Illinois – Urbana Champaign.

His sales acumen is complimented by his entrepreneurial spirit, having been involved in launching several successful ventures. Eric is an alumnus of the University of Iowa.
